1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Southeast Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.)
  • East Asia (South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
  • Oceania(Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
  • North America (USA, Canada)
  • Europe

If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@tiwaras.com before placing an order to confirm shipping availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We use EMS, DHL, and FedEx for international shipping. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight. The shipping cost will be provided during the quotation process.

Once the customer agrees to the quotation, payment should be made accordingly.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance processes
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
  • Local delivery carrier issues

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or majorly damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@tiwaras.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Please note that minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes, minor scratches) due to international shipping is not covered.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
