No Returns or Cancellations

Tiwaras operates on a made-to-order purchase basis, which means we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

Exceptions (When We Can Assist You)

We may offer assistance in the following cases:

・If the item is out of stock: We will issue a full refund.
・If you received the wrong item: We will offer a full refund or replacement.
・If the item is severely damaged during transit (making it unusable): Compensation will be determined based on discussion with the shipping company.

*Minor cosmetic damages (e.g., box dents or small scratches) due to international shipping are not covered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@tiwaras.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.

Non-Returnable Items

As we operate on a made-to-order purchase model, we do not accept returns for any items. Additionally, we cannot process returns for:

・Custom or personalized items
・Final sale items
・Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

・If the item is out of stock: A full refund will be issued.
・If you receive an incorrect item and request a refund instead of a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved, please contact us at info@tiwaras.com.
