• If the product is available, we will provide a quotation including the product price, handling fees, and shipping costs.

Step 3: Payment & Order Confirmation

Once you agree to the quotation, please proceed with the payment using the specified method.

• Payment methods: Bank Transfer / Credit Card / PayPal
• Once payment is confirmed, we will start purchasing the item.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified after confirmation.

Step 4: Purchase & Inspection

After confirming payment, we will purchase the item from official retailers and inspect the quality.

• The item will be sourced from official stores, department stores, or trusted resellers.
• Once received, we will inspect the product to ensure its quality.

The original receipt issued at the time of purchase will be included with your order.

Step 5: Shipping Preparation

Once all items are ready, we will carefully pack and prepare for shipping.

• If requested, we can send photos of the packaging before shipping.
• We will ship via a reliable carrier and provide a tracking number via email.

Step 6: Delivery to You

Your order will be delivered to you!

• You can track the shipping status using the tracking number.
• Delivery time depends on your location.
